From fitness enthusiast, nonprofit worker, and music and dance lover to full time fitness instructor, Wendy enjoys teaching a variety of formats, always infusing her classes with a sense of community and fun. Using her knowledge from her advanced training with the Body Positive Alliance, Wendy intentionally curates movement experiences where all people, of all abilities/shapes/sizes/backgrounds, can feel successful while moving their beautiful bodies. Wendy's goal is to help you feel good and function well in your body rather than focus on a particular physique as the standard of “fitness.” In her free time, she actively supports social justice causes, motivated by the Jewish concept of Tikkun Olam: Repairing the World.
