Practice includes a lavender aromatherapy gentle seated and kneeling warm up, followed by light standing balancing and warrior sequences, a short cool down and a very generous shivasana. Please bring your own yoga mat. In the event of in-climate weather, we have an alternative lovely indoor practice space with generous nature views. Class will be rain or shine and we promise you’ll have an amazing experience either way.
Please note: Due to the extremely seasonal aspect of this class and the waitlists, any no shows will be charged the full amount of the class, even if you are a member, classes are no show charges are non refundable.
