Deepen your Pilates practice with an all levels 55 minute Pilates int/adv. class that changes weekly to enjoy and use the entire system of pilates mat + apparatus. This class will alternate between Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair and even some combos! Come ready to work. This class is suitable for those who have been doing pilates for at least one year.
