Pilates Mat/Apparatus Class, suitable for all levels, includes an invigorating 55 minute mat workout based on Joseph Pilates classical work, where we will focus on strength, flexibility, quality of movement, flow and balance using a mix of mat and apparatus depending on the week and class size.
